The congress is in line with the 2026 Schedule of Activities and Timetable of the Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities earlier released by the party’s national leadership, which initially did not specify venues.
However, in a letter addressed to the (INEC), titled “Notices of Conduct of Zonal Congresses,” and jointly issued by the APC National Chairman, , and the National Secretary, , the party designated the Multipurpose Hall of Hotel Presidential Enugu as the venue for the South East zonal congress.
The ruling party also fixed the in as the venue for the South West zonal congress, while the South South zonal congress will hold at the in .
Similarly, the North West zonal congress is scheduled for the , located within in . The North East zonal congress will take place at the in , while the North Central zonal congress is billed to hold at the in .
According to the notice, all zonal congresses are expected to commence simultaneously at 10:00 a.m. across the various designated venues.
