- Integrity and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five credits in no more than two sittings in GCE, WAEC, or NECO
- Age not exceeding 35 years
- Nigerian citizenship
