The Enugu State Women Prayer Network is gearing up for its monthly prayer meeting, scheduled to take place on Monday, December 9th, 2024. The event will be held at the iconic Okpara Square, Independence Layout, Enugu, starting at 9:00 AM.

The program promises to be a powerful and uplifting experience, featuring a day of testimonies, a love feast, and a get-together for women to connect, network, and empower one another.
The event will be hosted by Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Iheoma Mbah, wife of the Executive Governor of Enugu State. A plethora of distinguished guests is expected to attend, including wives of National Assembly members, wives of State House of Assembly members, wives of elected local government chairpersons and their deputies, wives of Commissioners, and all elected female political leaders and office holders in both federal and state governments.
Additionally, female heads of personnel management across the 17 local government areas in Enugu State, military and paramilitary officers’ wives in Enugu State, female clergy, female church representatives, and other women leaders from various sectors, including women from all political parties in Enugu State, will also be in attendance.
The Enugu State Women Prayer Network is a monthly prayer exercise that brings women together to pray for the state government, engage in intercession, interaction, networking, and empowerment. The network provides a platform for women to discuss issues affecting them in society and to support one another in their personal and professional lives.
In a statement, Dr. Mrs. Favour Ugwuanyi, mni, Coordinator, Enugu State Women Prayer Network, extended an invitation to all women in Enugu State to join the special prayer meeting. “Let us come together to thank God for His blessings and to pray for His continued guidance and protection over our state and families,” she said.
