The Enugu State Women Prayer Network is set to host its monthly prayer meeting this Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Okpara Square, Independence Layout, Enugu.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!According to a statement by the Coordinator of the Enugu State Women Prayer Network, Dr. Mrs. Favour Ugwuanyi, Mni, the event themed “Empowerment for 2025” promises to be a powerful gathering of women from all walks of life, coming together to pray for the state government, engage in intercession, and discuss issues affecting women in society.
Rev Fr Chijioke Ude, Chaplain of the Enugu State Government House, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the event. Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Iheoma Mbah, wife of the Governor of Enugu State, will host the event.
The event, which starts at 9:00 AM, will also feature the presence of several dignitaries, including wives of elected local government chairpersons, female politicians, women clergy, and other women leaders from various sectors.
Dr. Ugwuanyi emphasized the importance of the monthly prayer meeting, stating that it provides a platform for women to come together and pray for the well-being and prosperity of Enugu State.
“The Enugu State Women Prayer Network is committed to promoting unity, peace, and development in our state, and we believe that prayer is a powerful tool for achieving these goals,” Dr. Ugwuanyi said.
