Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, the First Lady of Enugu State, has expressed her gratitude and delight following the successful February edition of the Enugu Women’s Monthly Prayer Rally, held on February 9, 2025.

In a post on her official Facebook page, Mrs. Mbah reflected on the powerful moment of spiritual renewal, unity, and intercession, where women from across the state gathered to seek God’s face and strengthen their faith.

According to Mrs. Mbah, the event featured a thought-provoking sermon by Rev. Edwin Njoku, who emphasized the importance of the fear of God in individual lives. The women also engaged in a powerful prayer session, led by Evang. Dr. (Mrs) Favour Ugwuanyi, where they interceded for peace, protection, and progress in Enugu State.

Mrs. Mbah commended the wives of local government chairmen, ALGON chairperson, Mrs Rita Edeh, and Evang. Dr. (Mrs) Favour Ugwuanyi, Coordinator of the Enugu Women Prayer Network, for their dedication and commitment to the success of the event.

The Enugu Women’s Monthly Prayer Rally has become a beacon of hope and unity among women in the state, promoting spiritual growth, community development, and social cohesion.

As the First Lady of Enugu State, Mrs. Mbah has consistently demonstrated her commitment to empowering women and promoting community development through various initiatives and programs.
