The Omeiheukwu Support Group (OSG) has intensified mobilization efforts ahead of the APC Governorship Primaries, calling on party members and supporters across Enugu State to come out en masse in support of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for a second term in office.

According to the group, the forthcoming APC Guber Primaries present an opportunity for party faithful to reaffirm their confidence in continuity, stability, and purposeful leadership under Governor Peter Mbah’s administration.
The solidarity gathering is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 21st May, 2026, by 10:00 AM at various ward centers across the state, where APC stakeholders, supporters, youths, women groups, and community leaders are expected to participate massively.
Speaking in support of the mobilization, the Member Representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu, FNSE, emphasized the importance of unity among party members, noting that Governor Mbah’s leadership has continued to inspire confidence and hope among the people of Enugu State.
He stated that the APC Governorship Primaries would further demonstrate the overwhelming support and acceptance Governor Mbah enjoys across the state, adding that continuity in governance remains critical to sustaining ongoing developmental strides.
The group reiterated its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote strong leadership, greater Enugu, and a better tomorrow, while urging all APC members to actively participate in the primaries and stand firmly behind Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s second-term aspiration.
