
The Member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu, FNSE, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, was in Achi Agu home of Ezennwa Onyirimba, where he welcomed the Ifediche political family into APC Top to Bottom Movement at Achi Agu ward 111, in Oji River local government area,alongside the Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District, Senator Osita Ngwu.

The event, which attracted a large turnout of party faithful, Coordinators of Ifediche Political Movement across Greater Awgu, residents of Achi Agu Ward III, was hosted by the Convener of the Ifediche Political Movement and former House of Representatives aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Onyirimba Ezenwa. The gathering brought together Ifediche political Movement coordinators across Greater Awgu, Youth Coordinators as well as women Coordinators of the movement across the wards in Greater Awgu, political leaders, community stakeholders, women, youths, and APC supporters from Achi Agu Ward III and beyond.


Addressing the gathering, Hon. Onwuegbu expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of the Ifediche Political Movement for their support and commitment to APC and Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah .He warmly welcomed the movement and its members into the APC campaign structure, noting that he has always regarded Hon. Onyirimba Ezenwa as a younger brother. He emphasized that all members of the movement, like every other constituent within the constituency, would continue to enjoy equal opportunities and fair treatment within the party.


The federal lawmaker also thanked the people of Achi Agu
Ward III for the warm reception accorded to him and his entourage. He reaffirmed his commitment to effective representation and pledged to sustain efforts aimed at attracting more developmental projects and empowerment opportunities across the Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency.


Hon. Onwuegbu stressed the importance of unity within the APC, urging party members to continue working together in pursuit of shared goals, collective progress, and sustainable development. He further called on members and supporters to strengthen their support for the APC at the federal, state, and local government levels, urging them to go home and galvanize all inclusive support for massive voting of APC come 2027 elections.



In their separate remarks, Senator Osita Ngwu, the Member representing Oji River Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Osita Eze; the Chairman of Oji River Local Government Area, Hon. Greg Anyaegbudike; and the APC Chairman of Oji River Local Government Area, Hon. Paul Udebuluzo, all emphasized the need for unity, grassroots mobilization, and collective efforts toward voting APC from Top to Bottom in Achi Agu Ward III, Oji River Local Government Area, and Enugu State at large.


Members of the Ifediche Political Movement and the people of Achi Agu Ward III pledged their support for the APC and its candidates, reaffirming their commitment to the growth, success, and expansion of the party across the area.



The gathering also provided an opportunity for meaningful interactions between political leaders and constituents on issues relating to governance, community development, and the future of Achi Agu Ward III and the wider Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency.



Other dignitaries in attendance included Hon. Barr. Victor Emeribe, Chairman of APC Achi Agu Ward III, the Ward Councillor, as well as several party leaders, community stakeholders, and supporters.


Earlier, upon the arrival of the delegation, Mazi Ezenwa, in his welcome address, expressed immense joy at receiving the team led by Senator Osita Ngwu. He conveyed the appreciation of both himself and members of the Ifediche Political Movement for the visit and pledged their unwavering commitment to supporting the APC from top to bottom in the 2027 elections. He subsequently entertained the guests with kola nuts, food, and drinks.


Hon. Onwuegbu was accompanied by members of his political team and aides, including Hon. Boniface Uchendu, Don Meche Akabueze, Hon. Emeka Umera, Hon. Emeka Anukwelu, Hon. Chiedozie Nchekwube, Hon.
