Hon. Engr. Ogbuekwe Felicitates Governor Mbah on Appointment as South-East APC Presidential Campaign Coordinator

Hon. Engr. Michael Chikosolu Ogbuekwe (Mirioma 1), the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship Candidate for Nkanu East Local Government Area, has felicitated with the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on his appointment as the South-East Zonal Campaign Coordinator of the APC Presidential Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a congratulatory statement signed by Hon. Ogbuekwe, he described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Governor Mbah’s exceptional leadership qualities, administrative competence, and growing influence on the national political stage.

He noted that Governor Mbah’s emergence as the coordinator of the South-East campaign reflects the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership by the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress, while also acknowledging the impact of his administration’s developmental strides and reforms in Enugu State.

According to him, Governor Mbah’s transformation agenda, which prioritises infrastructure renewal, economic expansion, improved public services, and investment promotion, has continued to position Enugu State as a strategic hub in Nigeria’s development and political landscape.

“Your Excellency’s appointment is a testament to your visionary leadership, commitment to service, and the confidence placed in your ability to effectively mobilise and coordinate the South-East for the success of the party,” Hon. Ogbuekwe stated.

He further noted that the new responsibility provides an opportunity for Governor Mbah to deploy his wealth of experience, organisational capacity, and political influence towards strengthening the party’s structure and engagement across the five South-Eastern states.

Hon. Ogbuekwe expressed confidence that the Governor would bring his leadership skills and administrative expertise to bear in the discharge of the national assignment, adding that his coordination would contribute significantly to the objectives of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in the region.

While wishing Governor Mbah success in his new role, Hon. Ogbuekwe prayed for God’s continued wisdom, strength, and guidance as he undertakes the important responsibility.
