ENUGU ATTORNEY GENERAL VISITS CSDA, COMMENDS MBAH’S ADMINISTRATIVE INTENTIONALITY

The Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) received the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Osinachi Nnajieze, on an administrative courtesy visit aimed at strengthening institutional coordination, accountability and quality service delivery across the state.

Nnajieze, who paid the visit to the Agency’s General Manager/Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, used the occasion to review the activities of the Agency, particularly its interventions and outputs in rural communities across Enugu State.

The meeting, which was largely administrative in character, provided an opportunity for both sides to examine issues relating to effective institutional management, administrative control and the delivery of the Agency’s mandate.

The Attorney General commended Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for what he described as his administrative intentionality towards the CSDA, noting that the government’s deliberate support for the Agency was helping to position it to achieve the desired results of its mandate.

He also praised the General Manager/CEO, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, for his proactiveness since assuming office, particularly in driving the Agency towards more visible and measurable outcomes.

According to him, the progress recorded by the Agency was not the product of individual effort alone, but also reflected the commitment, teamwork and team spirit demonstrated by its members of staff.

Nnajieze further commended the staff of the Agency for their collective contribution to its growing impact in communities, stressing the importance of sustaining the culture of teamwork and institutional responsibility.

The visit formed part of the Attorney General’s ongoing working engagements with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of the Enugu State Government, designed to strengthen administrative processes, enhance quality assurance and promote effective administrative control.

For the CSDA, the visit was more than a ceremonial call. It offered an opportunity for institutional reflection: a reminder that the success of government programmes is ultimately measured not by the elegance of policy documents, but by the quality of the lives they touch in the communities.

And in the rural communities of Enugu State where the Agency’s interventions are most visible, that distinction matters.
