
Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development in Enugu State, has been appointed as an Associate Professor by the University of Benin (UNIBEN). This prestigious appointment recognizes Dr. Nnam’s significant contributions to academia and public service.

Following his tenure as commissioner, Dr. Nnam devoted himself to teaching and mentoring students at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, often on a voluntary basis. His passion for education and commitment to nurturing the next generation of geo-informatics professionals have been unwavering.
