The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, has announced its 2nd scholarship scheme for undergraduate persons with disabilities in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
1. Be an indigent person with disabilities
2. Be a bonafide student of any public tertiary institution in Nigeria
3. Maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5
4. Provide a letter of identification from their Local Government Area (L.G.A)
5. Provide a letter of identification from their Head of Department (H.O.D)
6. Provide a copy of their admission letter
