Prof. Hyginus Banko Okibe, Executive Chairman of ENSUBEB, the Board commended Governor Mbah’s transformative leadership, citing unprecedented infrastructural development, including the innovative Smart Green School, which the N80,000 new minimum wage will breathe life into the teachers in the discharge of their duties. This gesture has overwhelmed the ENSUBEB family and public primary school teachers with joy and gratitude.
Indeed, Governor Mbah’s administration has made history by including primary school teachers in the salary adjustments without delay, or waiting for teachers to protest and disrupt academic activities, as were the cases in the past. This demonstrates his commitment to the welfare of the state workforce and dedication to giving teachers a sense of belonging.
The new minimum salary package is a practical demonstration of Governor Mbah’s large heart and commitment to the well-being of workers.
