Md Powell Homes and Shelters, a leading real estate development company, has announced the groundbreaking and block laying ceremony of its newest estate, David’s Court Estate.

According to a post on the company’s Facebook page by its Managing Director, Arc. Chibuikem Onyekachi, the ceremony marked a significant milestone in the project’s development. The project commenced on January 3, 2025, and is expected to be fully fenced by the end of February 2025.
Arc. Onyekachi expressed his gratitude to God for His guidance and blessings throughout the project. He also thanked the company’s realtors, clients, and partners for their support and partnership.
“We are committed to delivering value to our subscribers,” Arc. Onyekachi stated. “We take solace from God’s word in Zechariah 4:9, which reminds us that we have laid the foundation, and we will also complete it.”
The company remains optimistic about the project’s prospects and is looking forward to the first mass physical allocation at David’s Court Estate.
