
The Enugu State Government, led by Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, has commenced the second phase of urban road construction in Enugu metropolis. This project aims to enhance the state’s infrastructure and improve the quality of life for residents.

Preparation and Safety Precautions
To facilitate the reconstruction, landlords, occupants, tenants, and owners of tanks, containers, or shops along the affected roads are advised to remove any structures or properties within the right-of-way or drainage areas immediately. Motorists and road users are cautioned to exercise caution, follow diversion signs, and be mindful of heavy-duty construction equipment operating in the construction zones.
The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure assures the public that necessary measures have been put in place to ensure reasonable and unhindered movement during the reconstruction period. The government appreciates the cooperation and understanding of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
The Enugu State Government remains committed to its vision of making Enugu a beautiful state, with a focus on professional conduct, standards, and quality.
