The award ceremony, which took place amid great fanfare, saw students, dignitaries, and stakeholders in the education sector gather to celebrate the foundation’s commitment to the student community.

Addressing the audience during the award presentation, Comr. Chukwuebuka Ogodo highlighted the core mission of the Anakwenze Foundation, emphasizing that the organization has consistently played a significant role in uplifting students by providing educational support, scholarships, mentorship programs, and infrastructural development in schools. He reaffirmed the foundation’s dedication to ensuring that students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, have access to quality education and resources that would enable them to excel academically.
In his speech, the HR of the Foundation remarked: “The Anakwenze Foundation has always been at the forefront of educational empowerment. We believe that every student deserves the right to quality education, irrespective of their background. This award is not just a recognition of our past efforts, but a call to do even more for the student community. We sincerely appreciate JCC NANS Ebonyi State Axis for this honour, and we assure you that Anakwenze Foundation will continue to prioritize education as a means of societal development.”
Demonstrating the foundation’s support for student related causes, Comr. Chukwuebuka Ogodo announced a financial donation of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000) to JCC NANS Ebonyi State Axis. He noted that the gesture was in line with the foundation’s tradition of assisting student bodies in their developmental initiatives.
In addition to the financial support, he assured the student representatives that the Anakwenze Foundation remains committed to further collaborations with student organizations, promising that more initiatives would be rolled out to enhance student welfare, academic excellence, and leadership development.

Be assured that the Anakwenze Foundation will continue to stand by the student community, offering assistance where needed and ensuring that our impact is felt across educational institutions,” he added.
Speaking at the event, the leadership of JCC NANS Ebonyi State Axis applauded the Anakwenze Foundation for its numerous contributions to student development. The student leaders expressed their gratitude for the continuous interventions by the foundation, acknowledging that many students have benefitted from its scholarships, skills acquisition programs.
A representative of the student body noted: “The Anakwenze Foundation has been a shining light for students across Ebonyi State and beyond. We have seen firsthand the impact of their interventions, and we are proud to present this award as a symbol of our appreciation. We encourage other organizations and philanthropists to emulate the selfless contributions of the Anakwenze Foundation in transforming lives through education.”
