- Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority, Abeokuta: Sowade Oluwakayode Adebayo will replace Engr. Julius Oloro as the Executive Director of Engineering Services.
- Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority: Chucks Erhire will succeed Dr. Austin Nonyelim Izagbo as the Executive Director of Engineering Services.
- Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority: Sunday Kubba Hassan will replace Chief Chris Tarka as the Executive Director of Planning, while Engr. Okibe Timothy will retain his position as the Executive Director of Engineering.
