The project marks a significant step toward improving the infrastructure of the camp, which serves as a temporary home for corps members during their orientation program.

Hon. Okolo underscored the urgency of the initiative, expressing concern over the poor condition of the fence. “It is deeply troubling to see the fence in such a state,” he remarked. “The corps members who come to serve in our dear state deserve a safe and secure environment. I am committed to reconstructing the damaged portion of the fence and ensure their well-being.”

The construction work, which has already commenced, reflects Hon. Uchenna Okolo’s dedication to enhancing the welfare of NYSC members and improving the overall facilities at the camp. This effort is expected to bolster security and provide a more conducive atmosphere for the corps members during their orientation program.
