GOOD FRIDAY: ENUGU NORTH CHAIRMAN, DR. IBENAKU ONOH, CALLS FOR REFLECTION, COMPASSION, AND FAITH

The Executive Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area, Dr. Ibenaku Onoh, has felicitated with the people of the council area on the occasion of Good Friday.

In a goodwill message, Dr. Onoh said: “Wishing the good people of Enugu North Local Government Area, a blessed Good Friday.”

He noted that Good Friday is a day to remember the ultimate sacrifice made on the cross, describing it as “an enduring symbol of love, grace, and redemption.”

Dr. Onoh emphasized that the day invites Christians to engage in deep reflection, extend compassion to others, and walk in faith, even in the face of challenges. “Good Friday invites us to reflect deeply, extend compassion to others, and walk in faith even through life’s most challenging moments,” he stated.

The Chairman prayed that the message of the cross would bring peace, hope, and strength to the people. “May the profound message of the cross fill our hearts with peace, uplift our spirits with hope, and strengthen us for the journey ahead,” he added.
