
The Member Representing Aninri, Awgu, and Oji-River Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu FNSE, Chairman, House Committee on Lake Chad, attended the memorial funeral of Late Ezeozo Samuel Nnagbo Inoma, father-in-law of Oji-River LG Chairman, Hon. Greg Chijioke Anayegbudike, on April 24, 2025, at Umuozele in Onitsha Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Upon arrival, Hon. Onwuegbu, accompanied by his esteemed wife, Barr. Mrs. Stella Onwuegbu, friends, and aides, paid a visit to the family house of the late Ezeozo Inoma, where he was warmly received by Hon. Greg and his wife. Hon. Onwuegbu paid his tribute to the beloved children and kindred of the late Inoma as a mark of final respect.


In his heartfelt condolence message to the Inoma family, Hon. Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu expressed his profound sympathy to the family and the entire Umuozele community. He prayed for the repose of the late Ezeozo Inoma’s soul, wishing that he would be remembered as a pillar of strength and a shining example of selfless service to humanity.


The burial ceremony was attended by a galaxy of dignitaries, including highly placed government officials, businessmen, traditional leaders, and other prominent individuals. Hon. Onwuegbu was accompanied by his wife, Barr. Mrs. Stella Onwuegbu, and his aides, comprising Hon. Boniface Uchendu, SLA on Special Duties; Hon. Sunday Onwuegbu; Hon. Michael Udeh; Hon. Michael Okaibe; Hon. Onyekachi Nwafor; Hon. Obinna Okpara, Media Aide; and Hon. Favour Ofoma.



Late Ezeozo Samuel Nnagbo Inoma passed away at the age of 54.
