The Chairman of Nkanu East Local Government, Hon. Sydney Okechukwu Edeh, has conveyed his warmest congratulations to Her Excellency Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, the esteemed wife of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, as she celebrates her birthday.

Edeh remarked, “It is a wonderful day to celebrate a woman of many parts, virtues, and honor – the beautiful wife, backbone, and pillar of support to our dear and amiable Governor, His Excellency Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah. Over the years, our Amazon has etched her name in gold as an advocate of social justice, a philanthropist, a voice for the voiceless, and a strong supporter of our women”.
He further noted, “She has also impacted many lives as the First Lady of Enugu State through her office and her foundation, CUSTOSCARE, directly and indirectly bringing succor and relief to many families.”
Hon. Edeh acknowledged her pivotal contributions toward advancing health, education, and women’s empowerment initiatives within the state , which have left a lasting impact in the state. He stated, “Her Excellency is a woman of great repute whose contributions and dedication to the growth and development of Enugu State cannot be underestimated. Her impactful contributions to the health and well-being of women and children across the state are well-noted and appreciated.”
“On this special day, we honor not only your birth but also the countless ways in which you have uplifted the lives of our citizens,” Hon. Edeh added. “Your commitment to service and your compassionate leadership inspire everyone around you, and today we celebrate both you and the positive change you continue to foster.”
