The Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Ibenaku Onoh, has extended a heartfelt message to the children of the local government area on the occasion of Children’s Day. The message celebrates the boundless energy, curiosity, and dreams of the children, who are seen as the bright future of Enugu North LGA and beyond.

“Happy Children’s Day to the Children of Enugu North LGA! Today, we celebrate the boundless energy, curiosity, and dreams of our children – the bright future of Enugu North Local Government Area and beyond,” Hon. Dr. Onoh stated.

The Chairman emphasized the collective duty of the community to support and nurture every child. “As a community, we have a collective duty to support and nurture every child. Let us work together to provide them with the opportunities and guidance they need to thrive,” he said.

Hon. Dr. Onoh also highlighted the commitment of Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah to building 260 smart schools across Enugu State and promoting innovative learning. “We remain inspired by the commitment of our Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah to building 260 smart schools across Enugu State and promoting innovative learning. These efforts reflect our shared vision for a more vibrant, modern Enugu that empowers our children to reach their fullest potential,” he stated.

The Chairman concluded by encouraging everyone to cherish the youthful spirit within themselves and to keep dreaming, believing, and shining bright. “And let’s not forget that no matter how grown up we get, we’re all still children of our parents too. Let’s cherish the youthful spirit within us all. To the children of Enugu North and to the child in all of us – keep dreaming, keep believing, and keep shining bright. Happy Children’s Day!” he said.
