
The Enugu State SME Center, in collaboration with Turing Tech, has unveiled the Enugu SME × Turing Tech Training Program (ETTP) — a 12-month fullstack software engineering training designed to secure global tech jobs for participants upon completion.

Successful participants are expected to earn a minimum of $20,000 annually, which translates to over ₦30 million per year at current exchange rates.
The program will run for 12 months, focusing on world-class software engineering skills. Upon completion, trainees will be connected to remote or hybrid roles with top global companies.
To ensure accessibility, the ETTP has introduced a flexible payment plan. Participants are required to pay ₦250,000 upfront, alongside a guarantor’s cheque of ₦150,000, payable after the first month of training.
The Enugu SME Center described the initiative as “Enugu’s Outsourcing Revolution”, aimed at opening global doors for Ndi-Enugu youth to earn in foreign currencies while working from their home state.
