Monday Diamond Ani on his appointment as the Enugu State Coordinator/Executive Secretary of the Community Social Development Agency (CSDA) under the World Bank–assisted projects, describing the decision as a well-deserved appointment and a clear case of a “round peg in a round hole.”
In a statement issued by the leadership of the Assembly, the youths noted that the appointment, made by His Excellency, Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, reflects confidence in competence, integrity, and proven capacity for service delivery. They described Hon. Comr. Ani as exceptionally qualified for the role, stressing that his emergence offers a golden opportunity to further demonstrate his well-known qualities of diligence, integrity, effective mobilization, strong grassroots rapport, and unwavering commitment to community development.
According to the statement, these sterling attributes align perfectly with the vision and objectives of the Community Social Development Agency (CSDA) and the World Bank’s overarching mandate of improving the living conditions of ordinary people through inclusive, community-driven development initiatives.
The Nike Youths General Assembly also commended Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for his visionary and inclusive leadership style, which, they said, has consistently ensured that capable, credible, and progressive youths are given meaningful opportunities to contribute to governance and development in Enugu State.
Reaffirming its confidence in the new CSDA Coordinator, the Assembly stated that it proudly vouches for the person and capabilities of Hon. Comr. Monday Diamond Ani, expressing strong belief that his leadership will bring innovation, measurable impact, and renewed glory to the agency, rather than reproach.
“As you take up this mantle of service, be assured that Nike Youths stand solidly behind you in support and prayers,” the statement read. “We believe this appointment is only the beginning, as your dedication and selfless service will continue to open doors to greater responsibilities and higher callings.”
