~HIGH CHIEF EJINAKA CHIDI V(Onaturu Dike Nma)
Every single day, our people wake up before sunrise. We build, trade, study, code, farm, create, negotiate, hustle, survive.

The energy on this local Government is not lazy. It is not empty. It is not incapable.

It is relentless. Yet somehow, after all that movement, we still feel stuck. That contradiction should disturb all of us.
Because when a people work this hard and remain economically and politically fragile, the issue is not effort, it’s alignment.

Hard work without ownership becomes fuel for someone else’s engine, let’s be wise this time around.

Look closely at where our brightest minds go. Look at where our political raw materials go. Look at where our profits go (power sharing ratios).

A flowing river is powerful, but if you divert it away from your own fields, do not be surprised when your land stays dry.

We must retrain ourselves to discontinue the chase for titles instead of control,
Attention instead of production. Approval instead of leverage.

With the recent alignment to the center by the Executive Governor of Enugu State, it’s time to rise and take our rightful place by exerting an unshakable solidarity for the visions of our Governor, His Excellency Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu and others.

We measure success by how close we get to external systems alone instead of how strong our own systems become. And then we wonder why power circulates everywhere except here.

The truth is uncomfortable: until we build structures that reward Ndi-Awgu for building Ndi-Awgu, we will continue to finance the comfort of others with our exhaustion.

This is not about anger. It is about clarity. Ndi-Awgu does not need pity, rescue missions, or hashtags that fade by Friday. Ndi-Awgu needs discipline, coordination, political loyalty.

Where you spend. Where you invest. Where you build. Where you circulate value.

That is where power grows. If our effort turns inward with intention instead of outward by habit, Ndi-Awgu will shift faster than the world expects.
