IJE AWELE MOVEMENT CELEBRATES CHILDREN’S DAY, CALLS FOR HOPE AND BETTER FUTURE FOR CHILDREN

The Ije Awele Movement has joined millions of Nigerians and the global community in celebrating this year’s Children’s Day, describing children as the true hope, pride, and future of society.

In a goodwill message released to commemorate the special occasion, the Founder and Board of Trustee of the movement, Hon. Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe, emphasized the importance of nurturing children with quality education, moral upbringing, care, and opportunities that will enable them become responsible leaders of tomorrow.

The Movement also acknowledged the commitment and support of its Director General, Hon. Kingsley Uchenna Ezimwa, whose dedication towards youth and community development continues to inspire many across the state.

According to the statement, Children’s Day serves as a reminder for government, parents, teachers, religious bodies, and community leaders to prioritize the welfare, protection, and empowerment of children, ensuring that every child is given equal opportunity to succeed regardless of background.

The Ije Awele Movement encouraged children to remain focused on their education, uphold good values, and continue to believe in themselves as future leaders capable of transforming society positively.

The organization further reaffirmed its commitment towards initiatives and programmes that promote the growth, happiness, and development of children and youths within the community.

The Movement wished all children a joyful, peaceful, and memorable Children’s Day celebration.
