From your roots in Nkerefi, Nkanu East Local Government Area, you have distinguished yourself as Mmili Oma N’ Nkerefi, a source of refreshment, hope, and progress to all who encounter you. As a Mechanical Engineer trained in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States, your professional journey with Baker Hughes as a Drilling Engineer exposed you to global best practices and equipped you with the expertise and discipline required to solve complex challenges. Today, those same qualities continue to define your outstanding leadership in public service.
Under the visionary administration of His Excellency, Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, you have spearheaded the transformation of the Enugu State Marketing Company, repositioning it into a modern, efficient, and competitive institution. Through the digitization of operations and the conceptualization of strategic initiatives such as Enugu Rice, Enugu Garri, Enugu Palm Oil, and Enugu Cashew, you have championed local agricultural value chains, empowered farmers, and promoted economic growth.
Your leadership in produce aggregation and the successful implementation of the H.E. Dr. Peter Mbah Workers’ Food Scheme has significantly enhanced market access for farmers while improving food affordability and accessibility for workers and families across the state.
Beyond your current role, your distinguished service record speaks volumes. As a member of the Public Sector Reform Committee in Enugu State and through your various strategic assignments in Anambra State, including Director-General, Cost Reduction, Research and Development Office; Director-General, Project Management and Monitoring Office; Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Agriculture; and Secretary of several high-level government committees, you have consistently demonstrated that true leadership is measured not by titles held, but by the lives transformed and systems strengthened.
You are a builder of institutions, a creator of opportunities, and a leader who transforms ideas into practical solutions. Your commitment to innovation, accountability, transparency, youth empowerment, agricultural development, and sustainable governance continues to inspire many within and beyond Enugu State.
