Speaking during a grand civic reception organised in honour of the governor, the Chairman of the Organising Committee, Barr. Osinachi Nnajieze, said Enugu State had witnessed unprecedented growth in infrastructure, education, healthcare, transportation, security, and economic development within just three years of Mbah’s administration.

According to him, the governor has successfully translated his campaign mantra, “Tomorrow Is Here,” into reality through the execution of impactful projects that are improving the lives of citizens across the state.

Nnajieze noted that communities within Idodo Zone have particularly benefited from key road infrastructure projects, including the Amechi Idodo–Oruku–Amagunze Road and the Owo–Ubahu–Amankanu–Umualor–Ikem dual carriageway, which have enhanced connectivity, reduced travel time, and opened up new economic opportunities.

He further highlighted the construction of Smart Green Schools and modern Primary Healthcare Centres across the state, the restoration of water supply infrastructure, the introduction of modern transport systems, and the revitalisation of state-owned enterprises as clear indicators of the administration’s development agenda.

The community leader also commended the governor’s investment in technology-driven security architecture and the establishment of the 300-bed Enugu International Hospital, describing them as projects that have strengthened public safety and positioned Enugu as a destination for quality healthcare services.

While expressing pride in Governor Mbah’s achievements, the people of Idodo Zone said the state’s growing reputation as a model for good governance and development was not by chance, but the outcome of visionary leadership, careful planning, and a commitment to delivering results for the people.
