August Meeting: Senator Osita Ngwu Felicitates With St. John Catholic Church Women in Ebe

The Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu, has congratulated the women of St. John Catholic Church, Ebe, on the successful conclusion of their annual August Meeting.

The gathering brought together members of the Catholic Women Organisation, families, community leaders and other guests in celebration of faith, fellowship and community engagement.

Ngwu, who is also Chairman of the Senate Committee on Air Force, was represented at the occasion by his Senior Special Assistant on Religious Matters and Welfare, Nwa Ada Chioma Ononyaba, alongside the Chief Protocol Officer, Hon. Richmond Nsiadigwe; Senior Special Assistant on Civic Orientation and Mobilization, Hon. Amaka Offor; and Special Adviser on Youths and Sports, Ezeagu LGA, Hon. Uche Oguejiofor.

Also present was Hon. Bona Madu, APC Chairman of Udi Local Government Area, while a team representing Dr. Festus Uzor, the APC candidate for the Udi/Ezeagu Federal Constituency, also attended the event.

The Senator’s representatives conveyed his goodwill to the women and commended them for their commitment to the Church, their families and the development of their communities.

Ngwu also acknowledged the important role women play in promoting unity, peace and positive social values, noting their contributions to the growth and stability of families and communities.

He congratulated the women on the successful conclusion of the annual gathering and wished them and their families continued blessings, good health, wisdom and progress.

The programme ended on a note of thanksgiving, with participants reaffirming their commitment to faith, unity, service and community development.
