
The Executive Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area, Dr. Ibenaku Harford Onoh, has called for continued commitment to peace, unity and progress as Nigeria marks its 66th Independence Anniversary.

The Enugu North council chairman urged residents of the local government area and Nigerians across the country to continue to uphold the values of peace, unity and responsible citizenship, stressing that the progress of the nation requires the collective efforts of its people.
He noted that despite the challenges confronting the country, Nigeria’s resilience and enduring hope for a better tomorrow remain sources of strength, urging citizens to keep faith with the ideals of a united and prosperous nation.
Onoh also expressed optimism that Nigeria would continue to make progress and overcome its challenges, while calling for renewed dedication to building a better future for present and coming generations.
He wished the people of Enugu North LGA and Nigerians at home and abroad a peaceful and memorable 66th Independence Anniversary celebration.
