His visa had been approved, and he eagerly returned to his village to share the exciting news with his father.
In a shocking twist, Chikwado’s father allegedly suggested seeking the services of a native doctor for “fortification” to guarantee his son’s success abroad. The native doctor, identified as Onuwa, prescribed a gruesome and lethal remedy.
Chikwado was to be buried alive for 1 hour and 30 minutes, purportedly to emerge strengthened and prepared for his journey. However, when Chikwado was exhumed, he was found lifeless, his bright future extinguished in the most appalling manner.
The police swiftly responded to the incident, arresting Chikwado’s father, Uwakwe, and the native doctor in connection with the heinous crime.
