The Enugu State Waste Management Authority (ESWAMA) has announced that there will be no environmental sanitation exercise in Enugu State on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Despite the cancellation of the exercise, ESWAMA urged residents to maintain proper hygiene and ensure that their homes, business premises and surrounding environments remain clean.
The Authority reiterated the importance of individual and collective responsibility in promoting a cleaner and healthier environment across the state.
The announcement was signed by the management of the Enugu State Waste Management Authority.
