In line with His Excellency Barr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s disruptive innovation governance, the Enugu State Ministry of Transport has charged traffic offenders to comply with the government directive of E-Ticketing/Payment of all traffic offences. This is part of the administration’s revenue assurance policy.

The Ministry reminds the public that all cash transactions with officials, both inside and outside the office, are banned. Instead, payments will be made through e-payment using POS or bank transfer. Citizens must obtain a receipt for every payment made.

The Enugu State Ministry of Transport reaffirms its commitment to protecting road users from assaults and intimidation by misguided officials. Citizens are advised to note the names of non-compliant traffic officers and report them to the Ministry of Transport through the email transport@enugustate.gov.ng and  Phone number: 09018482263
Further enquiries or complaints about the Ministry’s activities can be sent through the same channels.

The Ministry uses this medium to appeal to citizens to remain law-abiding and obey traffic rules for the common good of the entire populace.
