Represented by the wife of the Speaker of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Mrs. Chinyere Fina Ugwu, Mrs. Mbah emphasized that women are the pillars of every family and that their hard work and prayers are crucial for the progress and unity of society.

She encouraged women to support one another, particularly during challenging times, stating that “by cultivating a community of prayer and mutual assistance, we strengthen the bonds that hold society together.”

Delivering the sermon of the day, titled “Sowing and Reaping,” Pastor Chinyere Oluoma highlighted the importance of women engaging in both physical and spiritual sowing for the progress of their families.
She explained that sowing respect, honor, obedience, humility, good health, and peace yields numerous rewards. Pastor Oluoma emphasized women’s roles as instruments that hold families together and noted that their sacrifices and prayers attract divine blessings.

In her prayer address, the coordinator of the prayer group, Dr. Favour Ugwuanyi (MNI), called for consistent support and prayers for women in need. She identified barrenness as a significant challenge facing women and urged dedicated prayers to address this issue.

Dr. Ugwuanyi encouraged women to remain patient and hopeful in their journey toward motherhood, stressing the power of collective prayer in bringing about positive change. Additionally, she advocated for government support in providing better healthcare and counseling services for women struggling with infertility.
The event reinforced the importance of unity, hard work, and prayer among women in achieving societal progress and overcoming challenges.
