Today, farmers across Enugu State celebrated Food Day, acknowledging their vital role in feeding the nation. Hon. Giovanni Madubuaku, Founder of Organic Solutions Cooperative and Enugu Farmers Associations Forum, congratulated farmers on their tireless efforts.

“As we journey towards sustaining food security, remember that the task is on us all,” Madubuaku emphasized. “Don’t give up on your farms; keep expanding and innovating.” Organizations like The Organic Solutions Agro are dedicated to supporting farmers with training, information, and modern agricultural trends.
The Organic Solutions Agro has concluded plans to implement transformational development for its members and Enugu farmers. This includes setting up 3000-liter organic compost tea production facilities in all wards across the state, eliminating fertilizer costs, and establishing multi-purpose Agro processing centers in six agro zones, processing rice, palms, cassava, and livestock.
Governor Peter Mbah’s administration has demonstrated commitment to agricultural development. Notable achievements include the distribution of over 12,000 bags of fertilizers and inputs to farmers and the arrival of 300 tractors, marking the beginning of agro-industrialization.
Madubuaku appealed to Governor Mbah to establish an Agricultural Task Force to ensure judicious distribution of government agricultural inputs and supports. This task force will also supervise and monitor the implementation of governmental agri-policies.
