URGENT DIRECTIVE: Enugu State Ministry of Education Issues Deadline for Submission of SS3 Class Lists

The Enugu State Ministry of Education has issued a critical directive to all principals and proprietors of public, mission, and private schools in the state, requiring them to submit their class lists of legitimate and duly enrolled SS3 students participating in the 2024/2025 WAEC Examination.

Key Submission Guidelines:

  • Mission and Private Schools: Submit directly to the Director of Schools, Ministry of Education.
  • Public Schools: Submit through PPSMB and STVSMB, respectively.

Important Requirements:

  • Class lists must be stamped and signed by the principal or proprietor.
  • No extensions will be granted beyond December 15, 2024.
  • The 2024/2025 SS3 class list must match the 2023/2024 SS2 class list documented by the Ministry of Education through the 2024 Unified Examination.

Critical Deadline: All submissions must be received at the Ministry of Education Headquarters before 15th December 2024.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply may result in discrepancies in student enrollment and examination processes.

Ministry’s Objective: This directive aims to ensure accuracy, accountability, and transparency in student enrollment and examination processes.
