
Rangers International FC of Enugu has announced a landmark partnership with Germany-based G.O Diaspora Football Outreach, poised to revolutionize youth football development in the Southeast region. The partnership, unveiled at a press conference held at the Rangers corporate headquarters, aims to inject fresh impetus into the club’s long-term vision of nurturing local talent and fostering community impact.

According to Rangers’ management, led by Amobi Ezeaku Esq., the partnership will focus on four key areas: Structured Youth Training Programmes, Boot Camps and Holiday Camps, Enhanced Scouting Network, and Coaching Staff Development.
G.O Diaspora Football Outreach will work closely with Rangers to develop comprehensive training programs for the club’s U-13, U-15, U-17, and U-19 teams, ensuring a consistent development pathway aligned with international best practices.

The collaboration will also facilitate intensive boot camps within Nigeria and holiday camps in Germany, providing young talents with exposure to European football culture and training methodologies.
A robust scouting network will be established to identify and promote promising young players from Enugu State and the wider Southeast region, while the partnership will prioritize the professional development of Rangers’ coaching staff through specialized training programs.
