ECCIMA Offers 10% Discount to Early Exhibitors for 2026 Enugu International Trade Fair

The Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) has announced a 10% discount for exhibitors who register early for the 2026 Enugu International Trade Fair. This offer is part of efforts to encourage early participation and make the fair more attractive to businesses.

The announcement was made by the President of ECCIMA, Sir Odeiga Jideonwo, during the closing ceremony of the 36th Enugu International Trade Fair, held at the Trade Fair Complex Permanent site, Golf Estate, G R A Enugu.

According to Sir Jideonwo, the promo will run from now till 30th November, 2025, while the next year’s Trade Fair would hold from 20th to 30th March, 2026. He assured exhibitors that the three thousand Square meters Premium Air Condition Exhibition Pavilion, currently under construction, will be ready by August 2026.

Sir Jideonwo also expressed appreciation to partners who supported the 2025 trade fair, making it a success. He particularly thanked Dangote Industries PLC, Nigeria Breweries PLC, the media, and other partners for their contributions.

In his remarks, the Vice President (Trade Fair) ECCIMA, Engr. Nonye Osakwe, commended the Enugu State Governor, Dr. Ndubuisi Mbah, and his administration for uplifting the economic status of the state. He also appreciated all partners for their sacrifices in making the trade fair a success despite the challenges faced.

Engr. Osakwe assured that ECCIMA would improve its services for a better 2026 Trade Fair.

The Enugu State Governor, represented by the Director Consumer Protection, Ministry of Trade, Investment and Industry, Mrs. Ifeoma Okolo, also expressed appreciation to his Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for bringing the business sector of the state to limelight.

Other dignitaries who spoke at the event, including the past President of ECCIMA, Pastor Olisaemeka Jideonwo, and the first Deputy President of ECCIMA, Engr. Nnanyelugo Onyemelukwe, expressed gratitude to all participants for their cooperation in building the Enugu International Trade Fair over the past 36 years.

They noted that next year’s Trade Fair would be much better and rewarding, especially as it would be an indoor exhibition, in line with international standards.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Award of Excellence to several companies who had distinguished themselves in their participation in this year’s Fair.

The occasion was well attended by dignitaries, including the Enugu State Governor’s representative, Mrs. Ifeoma Okolo, ECCIMA Executives, the Director Administration and Supplies; State Ministry of Information and Communication, Mrs. Ugochukwu Adimora, HOD Finance and Accounts, Mr. Michael Ugwuoju, among others.
