The wedding ceremony of Hon. Chibuzo Umesie, the present Councillor of Akpugoeze Ward, and Miss Chidimma Arinzechukwu, held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Immanuel Anglican Church Akpugoeze, was attended by prominent personalities, including Hon. Engr Anayo Onwuegbu FNSE, Member of the House of Representatives for Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency.
During the ceremony, Hon. Engr Onwuegbu prayed for the couple, wishing them a solemn union and understanding in their marriage, as well as God’s infinite blessings upon them. He was accompanied to the wedding by his lovely wife, Barr. Mrs Stella Onwuegbu, and his aides, including Hon. Boniface Uchendu, SLA on Special Duties; Hon. Nnaemeka Umerah; Ugwumba Chiedozie Nchekwube; Hon. Michael Okaibe; Hon. Michael Udeh; Hon. Onyekachi Nwafor; Hon. Mrs Maryrose Chukwu; and Hon. Sunday Nwajagu.
The wedding ceremony was well-attended by dignitaries, including HRH Igwe Cyprain Arinze, Ezenobe III of Akpugoeze; Igwe Christian Nwajagu; and Igwe Gburugburu of Agbada Akpugoeze, among others. The atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration as friends, family, and well-wishers came together to witness the union of the couple.
