Enugu Unveils Project Turing to Launch Youth into Global Tech Careers

In a groundbreaking move to transform the economic landscape of Enugu State, the government has officially launched Project Turing, a flagship initiative aimed at equipping young people with world-class tech skills and connecting them to high-paying remote jobs in the global technology space.

Driven by the Enugu SME Center / Office of Digital Economy under the forward-thinking leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, and executed in partnership with Turing Tech, Project Turing offers participants a fully structured training-to-placement program in Full Stack Software Engineering, without any upfront loan requirements.

Participants will undergo 12 months of elite, globally benchmarked training with a clear pathway to remote or hybrid employment upon graduation, earning salaries starting at $1,500 per month (approximately โ‚ฆ2.4 million) from day one on the job.

For a โ‚ฆ400,000 commitment fee, trainees gain access to:

Mentorship from international industry leaders and practitioners

Structured Earnings Pathway

Project Turing is designed to ensure long-term income growth and sustainability:

Year 1: Participants will earn โ‚ฆ1,066,666.67 monthly (โ‚ฆ12.8 million annually) while repaying their training and placement fees.

Year 2 and beyond: Upon completion of repayment and sustained job performance, monthly income increases to โ‚ฆ2,280,000 (โ‚ฆ27.36 million annually), with further career growth opportunities available.
