Tomorrow Is Here Movement Launches in Aninri LGA, Pledges Support for Governor Peter Mbah’s Re-Election Bid

The Tomorrow Is Here Movement was inaugurated in Aninri Local Government Area, with stakeholders and party faithfuls reaffirming their commitment to Governor Peter Mbah’s re-election. The ceremony celebrated the governor’s developmental strides and acknowledged his achievements in office.

Hon. Engr. Okoro Emmanuel (Elder Stateman), Aninri LGA coordinator, emphasized that Governor Mbah’s re-election is crucial, citing his tangible projects. He stated, “The Governor has made the work easy with tangible projects, and as a grassroots politician, he has carefully selected vibrant Aninri grassroots to carry on his good governance campaign.”

Hon. Arinze Okechukwu Onoh, coordinator of Tomorrow Is Here Movement, Enugu West, praised Engr. Okoro Emmanuel’s leadership and expressed confidence in the movement’s success.

Attendees, including Hon. Engr. Magnus Ede, Hon. Lloyd Ekweremadu, Hon. Okwudiri Otaka, Hon. Ben Alikwu, and Hon. Tony Nwonye, reiterated the Aninri local government’s resolve to unanimously re-elect Governor Peter Mbah for a second term.

The Executive Chairman of Aninri LGA, Hon. Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, assured Governor Mbah that Aninri will double their votes, stating, “The Governor should not be bothered coming to Aninri for campaign.”

The event concluded with the formal presentation of the “Tomorrow Is Here” movement to Aninri LGA, led by Hon. Anthony Okonkwo, State Chairman. Hon. Anthony Okonkwo urged the Aninri people to keep their agreement with Governor Peter Mbah.

The ceremony was attended by various state stakeholders, including, Hon. Ezenta Ezeani, Deputy Speaker Enugu State, who spoke on the numerous projects of the Governor and the reason why Enugu should support him; Hon. Nkiruka Ugwuagu (Onwa), Deputy Chairman Ezeagu LGA; Hon.Dr Solomon Udeh Commissioner for ENSIEC, Hon. Jude Amunabo SPA to the Governor, Sir Vitalis Okonkwo, Hon. Afam Chris, former Commissioner for Labour and Productivity Hon. Uche Ogbonna, Hon. Joy Odike Commissioner, former State PDP secretary, Hon. Cletus Akalusi (Kwashi), SSA to the Distinguished Senator on Aninri Constituency matters, Hon. James Anayo, PDP Chairman Aninri LGA, Hon. Charles Ezenta Awgu LGA coordinator, Obidinma Okafor Ezeagu LGA Coordinator, Hon Collins Amalu Udi LG Coordinators, Hon Barr Seth Nwokolo Ojiriver LG, Hon Jude Brenden Odoh Udenu LG, Hon Jude Okonkwo Uzouwani LG; and other notable personalities.
