In a renewed effort to drive youth empowerment and bridge the unemployment gap among young graduates, the Enugu State Government has announced the relaunch of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the initiative is being championed by the Enugu SME Center / Office of Digital Economy (Enugu SME & Startup Agency) in partnership with the Federal Government, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the European Union (EU).
The NJFP 2.0 is a 12-month fully paid placement programme designed to connect qualified graduates with verified organizations across the country. Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and receive a monthly stipend, equipping them with the practical skills and exposure needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND (minimum of Second Class Lower or Upper Credit).
- Have completed or been exempted from NYSC.
- Be 30 years old or younger.
- Have graduated in 2022 or later.
- Be currently unemployed.

Speaking on the relaunch, Arinze Chilo-Offiah, Special Adviser on MSME & Digital Economy and Director General of the Enugu SME Center, reaffirmed the state’s commitment to empowering its youth through sustainable job creation and skill development initiatives.
“This programme embodies our drive to build a #FutureReady generation. The #TomorrowIsHere, and Enugu’s young people are at the forefront of this transformation,” he said.
The relaunch of NJFP 2.0 represents another milestone in Enugu State’s mission to create meaningful employment pathways and strengthen the digital economy under Governor Mbah’s administration.
