As the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu State prepares for its state Congress, Hon. Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe, Special Adviser on Agriculture to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, has extended his heartfelt wishes for a successful and peaceful exercise.
