Tochukwu Chukwu, the chairman described the new month as a season of joy, breakthrough, and abundant blessings for all residents of the local government area.
He called on Ndi Awgu to remain steadfast in love and harmony, emphasizing that unity remains a powerful catalyst for growth and shared prosperity. According to him, communities that embrace peace and togetherness stand to gain immense social and economic benefits.
The chairman also used the opportunity to extend advance Easter greetings to the Christian faithful, expressing optimism that the season would usher in renewed hope, prosperity, and divine blessings for families across Awgu.
Reaffirming his administration’s commitment to people-centered governance, Hon. Okolo assured residents that ongoing and upcoming development projects would continue to reflect inclusivity, ensuring that no community is left behind in the council’s growth agenda.
He further commended the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for what he described as transformative and visionary leadership.
