Abakpa Youth Council Backs Nnamchi for Second Term, Pledges Massive Youth Mobilisation Ahead of 2027

The Abakpa Youth Council (AYC) has formally declared its full endorsement of Hon. Prof. Paul Sunday Nnamchi for a second term in office, citing his impactful leadership and commitment to youth development across the Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency.

In a statement jointly signed by the Council’s President, Comrade Aya Okwudili, and Secretary, Engr. Collins Okabuonye, the group expressed satisfaction with Nnamchi’s performance, highlighting his strides in education, ICT training, skill acquisition, and infrastructural development.

According to the Council, Nnamchi’s administration has delivered people-oriented projects that have not only inspired hope but also created tangible opportunities for young people within the constituency.

The statement noted that his leadership style, characterised by accessibility, humility, and measurable results has redefined representation and demonstrated that true leadership is rooted in service, transformation, and lasting impact.

“As a body that represents the voice and future of our community, we are confident in his vision and capacity to achieve even greater progress,” the statement read.

Reaffirming their commitment, the Council pledged to actively mobilise youths across Enugu East Local Government Area and beyond in support of Nnamchi’s re-election bid in 2027.

The group also assured the lawmaker of its continued loyalty, solidarity, and unwavering support as preparations for the next electoral cycle gather momentum.

The endorsement adds to growing grassroots backing for Nnamchi, as political stakeholders begin to position ahead of the 2027 general elections.
