APC PRIMARY: Enugu Deputy Leader, Jane Eneh Congratulates Hon. Onwuegbu on Emergence as Party’s 2027 Flag Bearer

The Deputy Leader of the Enugu State House of Assembly and Member representing Awgu North Constituency, , has congratulated on his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Hon. Onwuegbu secured the party’s ticket during the APC primary election held on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

In a congratulatory message issued on Sunday, Mrs. Eneh described his victory as a clear demonstration of the confidence and trust party members have in his leadership qualities, commitment to public service, and dedication to the development of the constituency.

She noted that his emergence marks an important milestone in the pursuit of inclusive representation and the advancement of the collective interests of the people of Awgu, Aninri, and Oji-River Local Government Areas.

According to her, Hon. Onwuegbu’s consistency, wealth of experience, and passion for service distinguished him throughout the primary process.

“Your emergence as the party’s candidate is well-deserved and a testament to your consistency, experience, and passion for service. I sincerely congratulate you on this important victory and pray God grants you wisdom, strength, and favour as preparations begin for the 2027 general election,” she stated.

Mrs. Eneh further urged party faithful, stakeholders, and supporters across the federal constituency to remain united and committed to the shared vision of progress, sustainable development, and effective representation.
