In her statement, Ngozi stated:

“I wish to sincerely apologise to my ex-husband, Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe, for the video I previously posted on my Facebook page in January 2026. It was never my intention to breach his fundamental rights or to cause any harm to his person and reputation or members of the public. I hereby extend my apologies to him and to the general public.”

She acknowledged that the video was posted in response to certain allegations but affirmed her respect for the court’s decision and complete compliance with its directives.
