The Member Representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency, Hon. Prof. Paul Sunday Nnamchi, has joined millions of Nigerians in celebrating children across the country as part of the 2026 Children’s Day celebration.

In a goodwill message released on Tuesday, the federal lawmaker described children as the “hope, pride, and future of the nation,” stressing the need for continuous investment in education, moral upbringing, and youth empowerment.

Hon. Nnamchi specifically celebrated the children of Enugu East and Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency, encouraging them to remain focused on their dreams and aspirations despite societal challenges.

According to him, “Children possess limitless potential and must be given the right environment to learn, grow, and excel. Their future remains a collective responsibility for parents, leaders, and society at large.”

He further reaffirmed his commitment to policies and initiatives that promote quality education, child welfare, and opportunities for young people within the constituency.

The lawmaker concluded by wishing all children a joyful and memorable Children’s Day celebration while urging them to continue striving for excellence and making their families and communities proud.
