The commendation came from the Peter RG Municipal Movement in a statement issued on the occasion of the governor’s third anniversary in office.

The group said the Mbah administration has demonstrated “capacity, vision, and courage” in governance, noting that its policies have strengthened public institutions and improved service delivery across key sectors of the state.

According to the statement, the administration has recorded notable progress in governance reforms, infrastructure development, security enhancement, and economic expansion, which it described as visible evidence of effective leadership within a relatively short period.

It further stated that ongoing interventions in roads, education, healthcare, and water supply have continued to have direct impact on communities across the state, particularly at the grassroots level.

The movement also praised what it called the administration’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and prudent resource management, adding that such measures have helped restore public confidence in government.

Reaffirming its political stance, the group expressed strong support for the governor and pledged to intensify grassroots mobilization across Enugu West Senatorial District and beyond ahead of the 2027 general elections.

It added that it would embark on expanded ward-level engagement and voter education efforts across all 17 local government areas of the state in support of the governor’s re-election bid.

The statement concluded with a congratulatory message to the governor, wishing him continued success in office and sustained progress in the delivery of his development agenda for Enugu State.
