
The Enugu State Government, through the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development and Mobilization, has announced an interactive session aimed at bringing together key stakeholders in the state’s creative and entertainment industry.

According to the organisers, the session will assemble a broad spectrum of creative professionals, including content creators, DJs, MCs, musicians, comedians, on-air personalities (OAPs), journalists, broadcasters, photographers, filmmakers, social media influencers, and other practitioners within the creative ecosystem.
The interactive forum is designed to foster meaningful engagement, strengthen collaboration, facilitate the exchange of innovative ideas, and unlock opportunities that will drive the growth and development of Enugu State’s creative and entertainment sector.
Participants are also expected to engage in discussions on how the creative industry can contribute to projecting the positive image of Enugu State, promoting its cultural and economic potential, and supporting the administration’s New Enugu vision.
Speaking on the significance of the initiative, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development and Mobilization, Hon. Charles Nnaemeka Edeh, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to partnering with creative professionals in building a vibrant and globally competitive creative ecosystem.
He encouraged all invited stakeholders to attend the session, describing it as a unique opportunity to connect, share ideas, and contribute meaningfully to shaping the future of Enugu’s creative industry.
The Enugu State Government reiterated its commitment to empowering young creatives and leveraging the creative economy as a strategic driver of innovation, employment, tourism, and sustainable development across the state.
