It added that all commercial activities, sporting activities, and loading or off-loading operations in motor parks will remain suspended throughout the sanitation exercise.

ESWAMA further disclosed that the Environmental Sanitation Mobile Court will be in operation to enforce compliance, warning that violators of sanitation regulations will be sanctioned in accordance with the law.

The Authority also reminded residents and business operators that payment of the 2026 Environmental Sanitation Rate is ongoing, with payments to be made at designated banks or at the ESWAMA headquarters, No. 7 Ridgeway, State Secretariat GRA, Enugu.

The public service announcement was signed by the Managing Director of ESWAMA, Richard Onaga.
